Jasna Beerden

Jasna joined Ingenia in October 2017, following twelve years in senior HR leadership roles.

Jasna is responsible for  developing and executing HR strategies in line with the Company’s strategic plan, as well as overseeing all HR and payroll functions including recruitment, learning and development, communication, remuneration, reward and retention, employee & industrial relations, performance management, work health and safety, payroll, policy and compliance.

Prior to joining Ingenia Jasna was the Head of HR for retail organisations including Pretty Girl Fashion Group and Oroton Group.

Jasna holds a Honours degree in Psychology, specialising in organisational psychology.
