Ingenia Lifestyle has commenced construction of our new residential development in Burpengary East, the company’s first venture into the competitive north Brisbane market.

The new community – Freshwater by Ingenia Lifestyle – will span across five hectares and deliver 131 new homes for downsizers.

Ingenia Regional Development Manager Matt Fedrick said Freshwater was an exciting new project for Ingenia and allowed them to introduce its unique offering to the north Brisbane downsizing market with an attractive, competitive price point.

“Construction has commenced on the first stage of homes, as well as a five-home display village with our first residents expected to move in by early 2020,” Mr Fedrick said.

The resort-style community will feature a clubhouse, which is anticipated to include a gym, heated pool, library, lawn bowling green, cinema, visiting physician consulting rooms, an alfresco barbecue area and a sports bar.

Mr Fedrick said demand from buyers had already been strong with local community engagement, providing an opportunity for local downsizers to hear and make comments on the development plans for Freshwater.

The Freshwater community will be the first of Ingenia Lifestyle’s Star Collection projects in Queensland – a collection of contemporary, resort-style communities.

Freshwater will be one of three Star Collection Ingenia communities across the South East Coast of Australia offering an affordable luxury lifestyle and home to over 50s.

Ingenia Lifestyle’s Freshwater community is in an attractive location for over 50s looking to downsize with shopping centres, medical services, Freshwater National Park, Brisbane City and the Sunshine Coast all easily accessible.
