Finalists Announced for the PCA Retirement Living Awards
It’s with great excitement and well-deserved applause we announce the following team members and projects have received a prestigious finalist award nomination at the 2018 National Retirement Living Awards by the Property Council of Australia.
Ian Thompson, QLD Finalist, Village Manager of the Year (Ingenia Lifestyle Chambers Pines)
Dianna McGrath, Finalist, Sales Person of the Year (Ingenia Lifestyle Lara)
Latitude One, Finalist, Marketing Excellence Award
Our Ingenia Lifestyle team members and projects have been nominated alongside some of the industry’s top leaders, innovators and projects from Stockland, Aveo Group and LendLease.
To have all three nomination submissions considered by the Retirement Living Council and then shortlisted for interviews and now announced as finalists has been a massive team effort for all involved and proven to be an amazing achievement for Ingenia.
Dianna said: “By the end of her interview we were chatting about family and parents and I gave him an info pack to take home! Whatever the outcome might be I feel honoured to be nominated.”
Ian said: “Regardless of the final results I believe we are all winners! How could you not think any other way, working with such a diverse, talented team within Ingenia, delivering dynamic premium lifestyle living outcomes for our residents.”
Latitude One received a finalist nomination for its three-phased launch campaign centered around a ‘Tease’, ‘Entice’ and ‘Invite’ progression. The educational and awareness journey helped the project team reach sales goals six months ahead of schedule and fast track its next stage of development.
The National Retirement Living Awards recognise the contribution and achievements across all areas of the retirement living sector, by the people and companies helping ensure senior Australians have an enjoyable retirement.
The national winners will be announced at the National Retirement Living Awards Gala Dinner in Canberra on 29 November 2018. State and Territory winners for Village Manager of the Year will be announced in the lead up to the national awards.
Good luck to all nominees for this coming November!
