Ingenia acquired the Group’s first Ingenia Lifestyle (land lease) community in 2013 and remains focussed on expanding the Group’s land lease portfolio.
The portfolio consists of modern attractive land lease communities dotted throughout the eastern states, each one of which encourages independence, wellbeing and interaction with like-minded friends. The wide range of specially built homes offer flexible living options with minimal upkeep, leaving more time to enjoy life.
The Group provides homes in diverse locations and price points and is growing via development with a pipeline of over 5,000 potential new home sites in place.
Ingenia Lifestyle offers residents home ownership, without the cost of buying the land, paying council rates or spending time and money on maintenance and gardening making it an easy, affordable choice for downsizers.
Ingenia Connect is available to residents across our land lease communities. A free service, which acts as a ‘care concierge’ for residents, this program supports resident wellbeing and independent living.
In November 2021, Ingenia acquired Queensland based Seachange Lifestyle Resorts.
The group also owns and manages Ingenia Federation Villages in Victoria.
