Ingenia Gardens

Ingenia Gardens is focussed on community living for seniors, with communities centred around making retirement enjoyable, rewarding and peaceful. Ingenia offers 19 communities spread across Australia, with a range of services available.

Our communities offer safe and comfortable homes nestled amongst private gardens, with community centres, leisure facilities and planned activities available to residents.

Ingenia Connect is available to residents across our Ingenia Gardens communities. A free service, which acts as a ‘care concierge’ for residents, this program supports residents wellbeing and independent living.

Resident compensation

Further to the ASX announcement made on Monday 18 May 2026 relating to compensation for Victorian Ingenia Gardens residents who occupied units without a cooktop from 29 March 2021, Ingenia will be contacting all eligible residents in the coming months. We anticipate all eligible residents to receive a communication from Ingenia by the end of July 2026 in relation to their entitlement to compensation.
