Ingenia is focused on creating new, high quality, sustainable over 55s communities and upgrading existing accommodation across the Group’s rental and holiday communities. With a dedicated in house team and a range of new developments and expansions underway, development is a key driver of the growth in the land lease business.

The Group’s greenfield projects include Australia’s first Green Star Home Community of 262 homes which is underway at Beveridge in Victoria. Ingenia established a Joint Venture with Sun Communities (NYSE:SUI) in November 2018 to undertake greenfield developments, providing a capital efficient way for Ingenia to expand the Group’s over 55s communities portfolio and generate additional fee streams.
