Development

Ingenia is focused on creating new, high quality, sustainable over 55s communities and upgrading existing accommodation across the Group’s rental and holiday communities. With a dedicated in house team and a range of new developments and expansions underway, development is a key driver of the growth in the land lease business.

Ingenia established a Joint Venture with Sun Communities (NYSE:SUI) in November 2018 to undertake greenfield developments, providing a capital efficient way for Ingenia to expand the Group’s over 55s communities portfolio and generate additional fee streams.
