Nishika Mathias

General Manager Risk & Development Operations

Nishika Mathias joined Ingenia in November 2025 and leads the Group’s Risk, Compliance and Development Operations functions. She is responsible for strengthening governance, enhancing business performance and supporting the delivery of Ingenia’s strategic growth objectives.

Nishika has more than 15 years’ experience in risk, compliance, transformation and business improvement across ASX-listed organisations in the property, telecommunications and financial services sectors. Prior to joining Ingenia, she held senior leadership positions with Mirvac and TPG Telecom, where she drove significant governance, resilience, regulatory and transformation initiatives.

Nishika holds a Bachelor of Commerce and is a Chartered Accountant. She is recognised for building high-performing teams and delivering practical solutions that improve performance, manage risk and create long-term value.
