Frequently asked questions from Ingenia Communities security holders, prospective investors and analysts. If your question is not answered here, please contact Ingenia's Investor Relations team or reach out to the share registry for security holder administration queries.

An Australian Real Estate Investment Trust (A-REIT) is a collective investment vehicle, which owns a portfolio of property. A-REITs are quoted on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) and their prices fluctuate in accordance with supply and demand and market fundamentals.

Ingenia Communities trades on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) under the code “INA”.

Ingenia Communities pays distributions, if applicable, on a half yearly basis. Distributions are paid in March and September each year.

To request a tax/distribution statement, please contact our Registry, MUFG Corporate Markets, or click here to log in to view your investment details. You will need your HIN/SRN to do this. You can access your current and past tax statements via the Payment History tab.

A Distribution Reinvestment Plan (DRP) allows eligible securityholders to reinvest all or part of their distributions into Ingenia securities.

Participation is optional and by making an election to participate, investors will automatically have their distribution payment reinvested in additional units at a discount to the market price, free of brokerage and other transaction costs.

Ingenia's DRP is currently not available.

A full copy of the DRP rules is available here.
