Ingenia Lifestyle

Ingenia Lifestyle offers land lease living - an easier lifestyle choice for downsizers, where home ownership is achieved without the cost of buying the land, via a simple weekly land-rental fee following purchase of the home.

Our Lifestyle portfolio includes four land lease community developments owned through a development Joint Venture with Sun Communities, Inc (NYSE: SUI) – Ingenia has a 50% interest in the Joint Venture and receives fees for services provided.

Since entering the sector in 2013 our portfolio has grown rapidly, providing homes at a range of price points across Queensland, New South Wales and Victoria, each encouraging independence, wellbeing and interaction with like-minded residents.

The wide range of homes offer flexible living options with minimal upkeep, leaving more time to enjoy life. Residents benefit from thoughtfully designed communities with shared amenities and social opportunities – fostering a strong sense of belonging.

Resident compensation

Further to the ASX announcement made on Monday 18 May 2026 relating to compensation for Victorian Ingenia Gardens residents who occupied units without a cooktop from 29 March 2021, Ingenia is in the process of contacting all eligible residents in relation to their entitlement to compensation.

The Portfolio offers locations in Queensland and Victoria and plays an important role in addressing housing affordability, contributing to both social outcomes and long-term financial performance.

Ingenia Federation lifestyle villages offer residents community living in attractive inner urban locations, with a range of facilities to support an active lifestyle.

Our three Federation communities – located in Melbourne, Victoria, were acquired in March 2022.
