Case Study - Net Zero Cabin Project

With this in mind, the Holidays team embarked on a process to create a more sustainable tourism cabin that would incorporate the Group’s focus on sustainable development and support broader outcomes.

A net zero prototype cabin – developed in partnership with the University of Wollongong and Prefabulous, has now been installed at Ingenia Holidays Park Inverloch VIC. The build includes integrated renewable energy systems and specifications to achieve a 7-star NatHERS rating, providing valuable intellectual property for future builds.
