Our purpose is to build belonging, making Ingenia’s communities and sites a place where there is a sense of connection, engagement, and community.

We are focused on making a positive difference for the people who live, stay, work and connect with Ingenia — through safe, supportive communities, inclusive workplaces and meaningful local partnerships.

We do this through practical programs that support wellbeing, inclusion, resident engagement, ageing in place, career development, volunteering and local partnerships. From Ingenia Connect and our HOME principles, to our Reflect Reconciliation Action Plan and community partnerships, we are working to make a positive difference for the people and communities connected to Ingenia.
