Case Study - Ingenia Lifestyle Resident App

We identified some time ago that we lacked a standardised, effective way to communicate with our residents in real time, particularly for important notifications eg storm warnings, power outages, facility closures etc, and social notices. This, coupled with a strong demand from our residents for timely and relevant information, led to the creation of the App with our development partner Generator.

The App, which was launched in November 2024 gives us a practical opportunity to fill that gap and showcase to our current and contracted residents, the benefits of living in the communities they call home.
