Inspire Magazine by Ingenia Lifestyle covers featuring community scenes and residents.
Spring has sprung – and so has the latest edition of Inspire magazine, bringing together stories of community, wellbeing and progress from across our communities.

Building on the success of previous editions, Issue 4 of Inspire showcases the people and places at the heart of Ingenia, from residents embracing new friendships, hobbies and experiences, to the new communities, expansions and lifestyle amenities continuing to take shape across the portfolio.

Together we celebrate the connections that make community living special, sharing the real stories of the residents that call Ingenia home.

Inspire also takes readers behind the scenes of some of the latest milestones across Ingenia’s growing portfolio, including communities welcoming their first residents, communities reaching completion and the opening of new clubhouses and wellness spaces.

Health and wellbeing are firmly in focus, as we introduce our wellbeing program Ingenia Activate, alongside features exploring yoga, active living and the growing popularity of electric bikes among residents.

And with spring providing the perfect opportunity for a refresh, readers will find plenty of practical inspiration too, from gardening and home styling, to travel, financial guidance and ideas for making the most of life after 55.

The latest edition reflects our commitment to being life minded - creating communities where residents can live life on their own terms, supported by quality homes, exceptional amenities and strong connections with the people around them.

Ingenia Communities CEO John Carfi said Inspire provided an opportunity to celebrate not only the growth of Ingenia’s communities, but the people who bring them to life.

“Across our communities, we see residents making new connections, trying new things and supporting one another, and Inspire gives us an opportunity to share some of those stories,” he said.

“There’s always something in each edition that surprises me, so I’m looking forward to sitting down with a coffee and reading this one myself.”
