New Wellness Clubhouse Opens at Ingenia Lifestyle Archer’s Run

The purpose-built wellness precinct has been designed to support health, wellbeing, and active living, bringing together a range of premium facilities including an indoor vitality pool, sauna and steam room, salt room, hot and cold plunge pools, beauty and massage room, Pilates studio, gym and dedicated yoga space.

The opening of Vitalia reflects Ingenia Lifestyle's continued focus on creating communities that offer more than just a home, with thoughtfully designed facilities that support residents' wellbeing and provide opportunities for connection and recreation.

Architecturally inspired by the organic form of stacked pebbles, the clubhouse features distinctive oval-shaped buildings that complement the surrounding natural landscape while creating a unique wellness destination within the community. Vitalia represents the first of three planned clubhouses for Ingenia Lifestyle Archer’s Run, which continues to expand its lifestyle offering as the community grows.

Future stages will include The Hive, a dedicated social clubhouse designed to support resident connection and community activities, and the Sensate Sports and Leisure Hub, featuring golf simulators, a full-size bowling green, six pickleball courts and a sports bar. Together, the facilities will create a comprehensive lifestyle precinct designed to support health, recreation and social engagement for residents.
