Charisse Biddulph

Company Secretary & Head of Legal

Charisse joined the Group in June 2022 and is responsible for company secretariat, corporate governance and legal at Ingenia. Charisse has extensive company secretarial and governance experience in both listed and unlisted environments. Charisse’s career in Australia spans over 10 years, across property and funds management, including 360 Capital Group, Centuria and Charter Hall.

Prior experience includes working abroad in Company Secretarial and General Counsel roles in the UK, across mail, logistics and manufacturing industries.

Charisse holds a Bachelor of Laws as well as an MBA and is a Fellow of the Governance Institute of Australia and Chartered Governance Institute (UK).
