Lucy joined Ingenia Communities as General Manager, People & Culture in April 2026.
She brings more than a decade of experience in senior people and culture leadership roles within complex, operational environments, with a strong focus on helping organisations perform at their best through engaged and capable teams.
Prior to joining Ingenia, Lucy was People & Culture Director at Richard Crookes Constructions, where she partnered closely with leaders to deliver workforce, culture and employee experience initiatives aligned to business strategy. At Ingenia, Lucy is focused on strengthening people and culture capability across the business, with an emphasis on leadership development, performance, inclusion and wellbeing.
Lucy holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts and a Diploma in Positive Psychology.
