Kristy Minter

Executive General Manager Residential

Kristy Minter joined Ingenia in November 2021 and is Executive General Manager - Residential, responsible for leading the Company's residential and land lease community operations across Australia.

With extensive experience across large listed organisations, Kristy brings a combination of strategic leadership, operational excellence, and customer advocacy, with a commitment to driving sustainable growth, organisational alignment and exceptional resident outcomes.

Kristy's leadership is characterised by a strong focus on operational excellence and resident advocacy. Through purpose-led leadership and a commitment to continuous improvement, she is responsible for enhancing the resident experience while delivering long-term value for stakeholders.

Kristy holds a Master of Applied Science, a Master of Commerce, and a Bachelor of Business.
