Matthew Young

Executive General Manager Tourism

Matthew joined Ingenia Communities in March 2021 and is responsible for overseeing the Group’s Ingenia Holidays portfolio and food and beverage operations.

With over 30 years’ experience in national and international tourism, Matthew has held senior executive roles with leading global hotel groups including Accor and InterContinental Hotels Group. He has successfully led the operations of hotels and resorts, as well as hotel development projects, across diverse markets.

Matthew brings deep industry knowledge and a strong track record of delivering strategic and commercial outcomes. His expertise in managing large teams and aligning operations with business objectives continues to drive growth and enhance guest experience across Ingenia’s Holidays communities.
